Our Story

Magnolia Marshmallows is a cottage food baker based in Gulf Breeze, Florida.  Our founder, Bridget, has always loved to try new techniques in the kitchen.  One confection really stood out to her - Marshmallows. Real marshmallows taste so much better than mass manufactured ones, and upon learning this, Bridget became fascinated with the science of marshmallows.

It soon became a passion project of hers to perfect these pillowy clouds of goodness.  After finding the method for perfect vanilla marshmallows, she began to experiment.  Working late into the night, she tried all sorts of flavors, and continued to modify the recipes until each one was absolutely exceptional.

Magnolia Marshmallows is dedicated to bringing you high quality, small batch, hand crafted marshmallows made on Florida's lovely Emerald Coast.  Our marshmallows are perfect for bringing a smile to a friend's face, or serving as a memorable gift or party favor.  We also won't tell if you buy yourself a few to snack on (trust us, we've been there!).
